Outstanding experience! I was still taking my out of warranty Benz to the dealer for service/repairs but the service there has really dropped off in recent months so I went online looking for an alternative. Saw the great reviews and called The Car Place and had a very pleasant and productive conversation before bringing my vehicle in for a diagnostic check for a door/window/lock issue. Took the car in expecting to pay for the diagnostic but Jesse quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem and didn't charge me anything. Unfortunately, the quick fix only worked short term so I did have to return to have a part replaced. (No fault of his as I was told at the time it may not last, but it was certainly worth trying before launching into an expensive repair.) I was given what I thought was a reasonable estimate for the repair (relative to a Benz of course) and a few weeks later took the car back to have the work done. Unfortunately for them the repair ending up taking twice as long as they'd estimated, but they still honored their original quote! (I think the work they did would've probably cost nearly twice at the dealership.) The Car Place is not convenient to where I live but based on my experience they will now be my go to for all service and repairs. They're everything you hope to find in an auto repair shop. Also of note (and important to me personally) the place is absolutely immaculate-and not just the waiting area (with TV and wifi) that the customers see -but also the work area. Very pleased and highly recommended!

It's not easy to find a great shop where you have complete faith in the team working on your vehicle. My wife and I have been using The Car Place since their beginnings and I would absolutlely trust anything they told me needed to be done with our cars. Great folks who take great pride in offering top-notch service.

I had a challenging intermittent starting and fueling issue with a 2010 Tundra. Had never been to The Car Place, but everyone told me they could solve the problem. Jessie and his team took it on as a challenge and did great work resolving my issue. Great experience and they have earned all of my business going forward. The reviews you read about them are true. Customer comes first and they do first class work!
