It's easy to give good reviews when everything's perfect, but a good measure of a place is when it's not. After getting my car back for various maintenance work, there was a bad vibration and sound from the rear at highway speeds. Nothing they did directly caused it and they were stumped. I've had this sort of thing happen at other places and usual response is 1)lie about the cause, 2) just make simething up, or 3) blame it on me, that it was that way when it came in. Ugh Anyways, Jesse was totally honest. They just didn't know why it was doing it. So they took my car back in, checking everything they had touched, with no results. Finally they took a day and a half disassembling the rear end, found a part that could *possibly* have caused it. Jesse called and asked if I wanted a new part or put the old one back in. Either way there would be zero charge for the day+ of labor, and I could just pay for the part itself. When I picked the car up Jesse told me to drive it a few days and only after being totally satisfied come back and pay. I thought this was the absolutely best way to handle this- and have never been so well treated. It's like they took the issue personally. It's one thing to provide great service when things go as planned, but when things don't you see their true colors. Great job guys!
