Stay away from this place. Terrible experience. After an accident, my BMW was brought into a body shop. It also had radiator and various hoses were that were damaged and leaking. It was expensive and they worked with adjuster and cut corners. It continued to leak and after I picked it up so I brought it back. They said it wasn’t covered and I’d have to pay to correct the issue . 2k and I paid. Then it continued to leak again and the manager said it’s not covered, this was $5000. I took it to a reputable place and had them fix it for a lot less. They told me all of this work should have been done from the beginning. I was cheated. Shameful business. Go someplace else. In reply to your response to me…… That is 100% BS. I ran over a metal tool box in the dark!! It tore up my BMW 740. Body work, a great deal of damage underneath the engine including my AC unit, radiator, several hoses were damaged and broke plastic. You failed to repair those damages my guess is the 15k bill that my insurance company had to pay was tapped out! You knew they would leak slowly and gave it to me to take anyway and you knew I would be back. I was and I knew it was fishy and the repair shop I took it confirmed it. They had evidence of damaged parts that were left in the car that should have been replaced. I paid them to repair it and it should have been included in the original damages. The repair shop said you guys have a reputation. I am glad I didn’t pay you for this scam. I shouldn’t have paid at all but the other repair shop believes it was negligence on your part and I know it was dishonest! I think your poker face when I confronted you tells it all. I have never put a negative response on any business!!! Only yours!

Marc, we value everyone's opinion and that is why I called you to further discuss your concern. When a vehicle is in an accident we are only able to suggest repairs that are related to the accident and not the repairs that the vehicle either currently needs or will need in the near future that are not related to the accident. We made you aware that this car has numerous well known coolant leaks that occur on these models. So, I assure you that you were never cheated and we replaced exactly what you paid for. At the time of the last cooling system repair (July 2025) that you paid for we were told you did not want to complete any preventative coolant leaks because you were selling the vehicle. We truly do aim to have every customer completely satisfied with our services and if you would like to call to discuss your concerns I would love to continue the conversation.
