You never really know how good a company is until something doesn't go right. Yesterday I had a couple of repairs done to my BMW. Unfortunately, one of these repairs was not fixed. I noticed the same problem early this morning. I called Jesse to report the issue. There were no excuses or other mechanic justifications for this problem. He promised to fix the problem permanently or he was going to refund my money for the repair. His only concern what's to fix my car so that I was satisfied and got what I paid for! It's no wonder they're the fastest-growing car shop in the area with 100% five-star ratings.

I was referred to The Car Place by a co-worker after he heard what a terrible experience I had at the dealership. Jesse and everyone that works at the shop are so warm, kind, and honest. Jesse is not out to just make a buck, he is there to give you a fair assessment and also let you know what things might need to be done in the future to help keep your car in the best condition. Anytime we have something done, we get our car back cleaned on the inside and out. They are top notch in everything they do.
