As always I was provided with excellent customer service and professionalism. They gave me great advice and even suggested a lower price option to a problem when most shops would have recommended the higher priced repair. I continue be a customer here because I truly feel they are honest and only perform needed repairs and service. The cherry on the top is my car is always delivered vacuumed and with a spotless detailed cleaning including tire shine.

These guys are great. Dealership told me I needed a $2000 repair and I wanted a second opinion. They looked at it and I didn’t need half of what the dealership told me. I will definitely use these guys again!!

Highest level of customer service. They were able to get me on the schedule within in 2 days to inspect my brakes and give the car a full inspection. They called within a few hours to let me know what work needed to be completed and followed up at the end of the day to let me know it was ready to be picked up. In comparison, the vehicle was recently at the BMW dealership for warranty work…..I dropped the vehicle off at 8am and didn’t receive any updates until 4:30pm despite me calling twice during the day. I would recommend The Car Place to anyone with a luxury vehicle who values customer service and the job done to perfection.
