I rate The Car Place five stars . I have a BMW and Jessie gave me an overall assessment of what's wrong with my car. There was no pressure from him to repair anything. He gave me his opinion as to what should be priority and what can wait. It is so refreshing taking my car to The Car Place compared to the BMW dealership is top notch in service and the cost to make repairs. The dealerships will never see me again.

I was referred to The Car Place by another garage who couldn't complete the inspection on my 03 BMW 540. They were able to take my car in after only 10 minutes of waiting (I had no appointment) and were able to perform the inspection successfully! Even offered to wash my car. Great customer service, they aim to please! Also, I appreciate their procedures for dealing with Covid, very conscientious.

Took our MB in quickly, service was fast, pointed out the need for tire replacement and out the door all cleaned up! Who could ask for more? Highly recommend The Car Place to anyone who cares about their car.

The Car Place has provided above-and-beyond service on more than one occasion! We will most definitely be customers for life. Jessie and his team have addressed repeated brake noise in my Audi Q7 and took care of things unexpectedly quickly, with no hassle and they stand behind their work. Customer service, quality work, and just general friendliness are clearly top priorities here. Going forward, I will be switching basic service to The Car Place from the dealership as well. I highly recommend this local business and hope others will continue to support them as well. Additionally, they are Covid-cautious in how they conduct operations.
