Outstanding service

I was referred to Jesse and his crew a while ago and have been there a few times. I am absolutely the most pleased I could be with them. They are always accommodating and professional to me. They go way beyond their scope of professional and exceptional service! I was there the other day with a crazy issue. They could have charged me all kinds of parts to get to the actual issue yet, they diagnosed without replacing any parts because they knew this was just an odd issue. In the end they lent me a loaner vehicle, only charged me a fraction of what COULD of been done to figure this out. Jesse did say how proud of his technicians he was for figuring this issue out. That this is where he is proud because we both know elsewhere would of charged me a fortune to replace things that weren’t the issue. The care they take with us is something to be proud of. So, here’s my review. Please give them a call if you want good, honest, reliable repairs done on your vehicle with the knowledge that they are also very ethical and fair.

Jessie and his team have amazing talents when working with my BMW. We took our 2013 GL550 Mercedes Benz truck there because it was failing to rise properly for a smooth driving experience as well as other maintenance that was needed. They were truly accommodating and honest about exactly what we needed. Although our vehicle repairs and maintenance was costly,(comes with the territory) for what we needed to ensure the life of the vehicle and safety we were pleased with the results of the repairs as well as the friendly service given. They are truly genuine people who care about the quality of service they provide. They also vacuumed and cleaned our vehicle at no extra cost which was a nice surprise. You can’t go wrong with this company. The trust we put in them proved to be worthy of our patronage. Thank you!

The Car Place was highly recommended by a couple golf buddies. We own two Lexus vehicles and I have been taking my Lexus cars to the local Lexus dealerships since 2004 when I purchased the first one. So taking this leap to a new service provider was not easy. This was my first experience and my friends did not let me down. Each employee was personable and helpful. I elected to wait there for the service to be done. They took the car into the service bay quickly and the car was done in a reasonable time frame. I’ll be back.

I brought my 2000 GMC Sierra in with no brake pedal. I ask if I could be squeezed in, as I was very busy. The staff explained their charges and procedures, then promptly took my truck in. The mechanic found a leak in a brake line. They called and explained everything, then promptly fixed my brake line. I an VERY satisfied with my experience at The Car Place. They were very polite and professional, I WILL use them again.
