As always, the employees and Jesse never let me down! I go in, I trust everyone and what they tell me. They have done work for me on a as needed pace as well. They have NOT done work that I was told to get done by another place because it was not necessary. I would of spent that money, they care about us, our safety, wellbeing and our pocketbook as well. Never once have I questioned them or their ethics. This group is just plain amazing!! Trust me when I tell you...GO see them and you too will have the Car Place Bug!!! Tell them Debbie sent you!!

Jesse and his team offer outstanding customer service, one of the BEST! They will squeeze you in at the last minute and if needed offer a loaner while identifying and fix the issue/s all while providing explanation prior to doing the work. I have used The Car Place several times now. Ever time I’ve taken the dar in I believe I’ve received straight service suggestions and never sold unnecessary services. I’ve had dealers recommend a repair as needed and sooner than later. When I took the car to TCP, I was told it was completely unnecessary. The repairs armrest always top notch and the front office interaction is fantastic. Let’s face it...No one wants to spend money on repairs, but I’m confident it’s done right(the first time) and never never up-sold! Thnx TCP.....I’m a fan/believer!

Well I am back in the Triangle after living in Calif for several years . I started going to this shop almost 30 years ago. I started knowing Pat and Ronny when they were doing busy out of rented storage unit. I have seen this business grow. Seen his son grow into the business. Very seldom you have a marriage with a business and friendship with a business this long . The Car place has seen me through 1 marriage abs 40 almost marriages . Honestly, this shop is the best Pat, Tammy and Ronny are good people . Most of all these people work with the customer. Mostly they know what they are doing I have missed my Car Place people , there is no other better shops in Raleigh . 30 years , I am back in town and will come back . This shop is the best no games , just people you can trust .
