I really appreciate Pat's finding a more cost effective approach than offered by the Mimi dealership. An added bonus...the Mini has a better ride on the new tires as oppossed to the previous "run flats".
The work on my car was performed as requested, the car was ready when they said it would be, and as I was a bit early picking it up, I opted to leave rather than waiting for the usual car wash. I was told I could bring it in later for the wash!!

Pat, Ronnie and Tammy are the best! I have been taking my vehicles to The Car Place since they first started the business. I don't ever have to worry about them doing work that does not need to be done, or replacing parts that do not need to be replaced. I appreciate them very much!

What a pleasure it was driving to the beach after the new thrust bearings were in and coming back to Charlotte I have some curvy 2 lanw road so that was a blast. Excellent service for the low amount they charge. Mechanics quite willing to talk shop about your car, and in general about the Benz machines.
