I brought my car in for a simple Mercedes A-Service. I mentioned an annoyance I was having with the car. Though I am sure it took them 15-30 minutes to address the annoyance, they did so and didn't charge me a cent! I continue to be impressed how The Car Place goes above and beyond to service their customers.

Tom, Pat and everyone did a great job servicing my car prior to sale. They went above the call of duty and took the time to offer advice. The work that was done was quick and priced right. They didn't even seem offended at all when I suggested that I could save some money and put a set of pads on myself. I cannot say enough good things about the folks here.
