My car has found a home, at least when it gets sick. Not only is this an honest car repair facility but they are nice, welcoming and clean!Pat, Jesse, and Tom (my personal mechanic) are good, positive and thorough. They do only what's necessary and are very resonable. If they see a problem they will alert you and let you know the next course of action or how long you can "put it off". They will take as much time as necessary with you to make certain you are COMPLETELY satisified. No hard sell, just HONEST recomendations. And they love dogs! I'm able to bring my puppy inside while I wait, they even had treats for her.I LOVE THIS PLACE, A+++

Great experience at The Car Place. Would recommend it in a minute. Jesse is fair, he explains things in terms I can understand and does not pressure you, only states the facts based on his experience. He will not let you drive a way in a car that is unsafe or about to break down.

The crew at The Car Place took on a car from a local dealer, being inspected on my behalf to verify it's overall soundness. After spending very little time on the inspection, Jessie called with the bad news....there was much wrong with this car. Their expertise save me thousands & a trip from Columbus Ohio. No matter where you are located have a Pre-purchase Inspection done on any used car, by a shop with expertise in that brand of auto.

These guys were great! Made a quick appointment... Cut to the chase and didn't try to stick us with all kinds of unnecessary services! Very professional group! The idler pulley on my 2003 Mini Cooper S seized up, taking the fanbelt with it. I'm a pretty mechanical guy and would normally just fix this myself, but I'm currently living with my in-laws and didn't want the hassle. I had it towed to them and they were able to fix it the same day. The check engine light also came on and they were very good at communicating my options to investigate this, what the likely causes were, etc. I opted to just wait and see if it came on again. I noticed my wheels looked really clean when I went to get in my car and then I noticed my dusty dash was clean as well. It appears they cleaned the inside and out of my car. I'm not sure if that's normally included or not. Very happy with my experience.

Very impressive staff and service. In my opinion, staff serve as ambassadors of any organization...The Car Place has some extraordinary ambassadors.

Great service, quality, timeliness, attention to detail. Would prefer loaner cars, but this is not a show-stopper.
