They went above and beyond for me. I pulled in there late on a Friday afternoon because my BMW was having problems and I was concerned about driving it. They dropped whatever they were working on at the time and took a look at my car. They diagnosed it, and repaired it the next business day.I've been going to them for 20 years, and wouldn't trust my BMWs to anyone else.

Everytime I visit The Car Place I leave with the satisfaction that my car has been repaired professionally and honestly. I don't have to worry about the quality of the work, its all top rate. Thanks for taking care of me and my Lexus .....

Our leaking radiator problem was diagnosed, repair quoted, and the vehicle was repaired, cleaned and returned exactly as quoted and when it was anticipated. The guys at the Car Place were as good as their word. This is the type of service we've come to expect, and always receive, from them.

As always the service is superior , the staff is friendly and knowledgeable . I would recommend them to everyone I know!!

Work was good and price very reasonable.

I am a new customer. My brake rotors were severly warped causing a lot of vibration when braking. Pat called with their diagnosis and I was impressed that he recommended keeping the old brake pads since they were barely worn. Most shops would just have included new pads without giving me the option. Service was prompt and courteous and I felt like I wan well informed and in control of the work to be performed. I will be back and I hope all future exeperiences are like my first.
