Truck was in decent shape when I brought it in to be checked out. With Pat's guidance and advice, it runs, drives, rides, and looks like a new vehicle. Worth every penny. I own a 92 BMW 535i and the Car Place takes care of everything that needs to be done. They explain everything to you that you need to know, recommend whats needs to be done and does everything with a great attitude, they also answer all the questions and concerns I had. CAR WASH IS GREAT ALSO! MY BABY WAS CLEAN IN AND OUT!!!!!!

Very happy with my first experience of service at The Car Place. Knowledgeable staff, attention to detail was fantastic and their advice and credibility was something I have simply not experienced elsewhere before. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Car Place to a friend, the car was returned to me fully detailed (inside and out) and looked better than when I bought it 2 years ago... simply outstanding! This was my first visit to the Car Place and I will return for future services. I have a BMW that I take pride and care of. I was well informed and educated by their friendly and knowledgeable staff. Most important, I met the service mechanic who worked on my car. Being a female, I appreciated being able to ask questions and receive feedback to assist me with keeping my Beamer running smoothly. 3rd visit to the Car Place, this time for a NC inspection. Scheduled my appointment on line for 9AM and arrived 20 minutes early. My car was finished by 9:10 and as always, the folks were friendly and service excellent. I will continue to use and recommend The Car Place! Thanks
