I brought a 1986 Mercedes 560SEL in that I purchased on eBay. They went over the car in detail and explained to me the cars condition - fortunately it was in very good condition. Being a 30 year old car I was surprised to learn how knowledgeable the technicians were. I had several things fixed and brought up to date on the car. Could not be more pleased with their work and communication during the process. They have excellent Car Guys at the Car Place! Greg.

The crew at The Car Place proved knowledgeable, friendly, and very thorough in servicing our BMW. They let us know the condition of the car, and what conditions to look for in the near future. We used a discount tire dealer to put tires on this car and purchased an alignment package at the discount tire dealer. After a few thousand miles, many warning lights came on and the cruise control would not work. We took it to The Car Place to get it checked out. They quickly determined the alignment adjustment bolts were loose and resulted in the warning alarms. After six months we went back for regular service and asked them to check the alignment. (This BMW 3 series must be kept aligned or the tires wear out very quickly.) The Car Place said the alignment was perfect and did not charge us for the check. They know their stuff!

I went in for routine maintenance on my 7 year old car. The Car Place is always respectful and courteous. The waiting area is comfortable and efficient. I would recommend providing customers the passcode for WiFi if they are going to be there more than an hour. TCP determined - and rightly so - that I needed some additional work so my wait was longer however they kept me posted on progress and I was out in time to get to work at a reasonable time.My only issue is the cost - my fault, my car is expensive to have work on - my budget is much less than when I bought the car so expensive service hurts. Otherwise I'll be coming back to TCP because I'm taken care of and feel comfortable with them and their service.

AMAZING work! Chris - the Mercedes tech is a miracle worker. I had a DIFFICULT CAN bus issue that he was determined to figure out - and he did. Everyone I came in contact here was First Class! I drove from Cary to them and it was worth the drive.
