I have been going to The Car Place since the 90's for my Mercedes-Benz and I can't imagine going anywhere else. The staff is friendly and honest and will work around my schedule. I just can't say enough good things about them. If you go there to have your car serviced, you'll understand.

As usual, Jessie and his team solved another problem for me. Large tire and wheel package on my truck was hard to balance and they were able to do it. Smooth ride and no steering wheel shake.

Just wanted to say thank you so much to the Car Place, i broke down on the side of the road today and they were able to go out of their way to order a part for my car needed to get me back on the road. Thank you so much i cannot express enough appreciation.

I had an emergency. One of my electric windows stopped working on a rainy day. Jessie checked on the part availability, and said he would get my vehicle back to me that afternoon, which he did. Great job!

I have used “The Car Place” a few times now and I have to say that I’ve had nothing but positive experiences. I’m sure you’re not the bargain repair shop, but all services are explained in detail with documentation to support their necessity. I was referred to The Car Place by another repair shop as they didn’t work on BMW’s. They did me right sending me to your shop! I’ve interacted with Jess on each visit and couldn’t speak highly enough about Jess and his customer service. GREAT job guys! Thank you!

Great customer service and very friendly staff. Also I am very happy with the work done on my SUV.

Time for reguired maintenance as well as some brake work. Work was done and vehicle returned when expected. All is well and cost was LESS than expected! Thanks guys for the expected great job.

Jessie is very good about advising on an aging car. He explained the items that need repairing, and then I asked him if he would do the repairs based on the age and condition of the car. He said no, even though it cost him a significant repair job. That's what you want in your car service advisor, honesty and integrity!
